Writing and Content Strategy

The majority of my output as a professional writer is as a content marketer. My most recent full-time position was as Marketing Content Strategist for Automotive Finance Corporation, where I had sole control of content strategy and was the sole author for our blog. Additionally, before that I worked for over two years as a Content Marketing Specialist at Element Three, creating and managing the marketing consultancy’s content ecosystem. I have also worked as a Content Marketing Manager at Genesys, creating high-performing SEO content and building strategy that put that content in front of buyers. As Content Marketing Specialist at Element Three and Marketing Content Strategist at AFC, the content ecosystem became, in a way, my full portfolio of work. Not only did I create new content at Element Three under my own byline on a regular basis, but I chose older content to refresh and republish, managed other blog authors (including editing blogs for accuracy and style), and worked with outside contributors to create guest content to provide new perspectives. And with AFC, I was the sole architect and builder for our content strategy—I decided what to do, and I executed on those decisions myself.
